5/5 i got my eyelashes done here and the lady was so nice and ran through everything with me with the sizing and how it would look. She was also super fast and was very gentle. 10/10 will be coming again 🤩

Understandably on Christmas Eve the salon was busy and the team was trying to turn over customers quickly, however even though I had made a booking the lady who was doing my nails seemed distracted the whole time with what was happening elsewhere around the salon.
It’s 10 hours since I had my nails done (7pm and my appointment was 9:45am) and 3 of them have already started to chip and peel as my nails weren’t buffed prior to the shellac application, she just applied straight onto my normal nails. This is the first time I have had shellac where the nail technician hasn’t buffed my nails prior and you can already tell the difference that adequate buffing makes to the longevity of a shellac manicure. Very disappointing. I will be going elsewhere in the next couple of days to get them re-done:
